We are absolutely thrilled to congratulate ADCH Trustee David Bowles on being awarded an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours List for services to animal welfare. David is Head of Public Affairs at the RSPCA, where he works tirelessly to advocate for animals, and is also Chair of the ADCH Legislative Committee.
