Join us for the final Open Meeting of 2024 hosted by RSPCA Sussex North & Brighton Branch. This event is exclusively for ADCH Members and invited Sponsors and offers an opportunity for learning, networking, and collaboration.

Event Details

Open Meeting

• Date: 12 November
• Time: Registration from 9.30 AM, Start at 10:00 AM, Close for lunch at approx, 1:30 PM
• Agenda: We are currently working on our agenda, which will include, updates on the work of ADCH, Legislative updates, topical presentations and networking opportunities.
• Cost: Attendance is free for Members and invited Sponsors (limited to 3 delegates per organisation). Please contact us if you wish to book more than 3 places, subject to availability, extra places will be charged at £49 per person.
• Lunch and refreshments: Refreshments and lunch will be provided.  Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.

Pre-Open Meeting Dinner

• Date: 11 November
• Time: Arrival from 7:00 PM, Dinner at 7:30 PM
• Cost: £40 per person

Host site tours

• Dates: 11 & 12 November
• Times: 14:00, 14:30, 15:00
• Details: RSPCA Sussex North & Brighton Branch are kindly offering site tours.  Delegates will be asked to pre-book their timeslot after registering.

Accommodation

We have reserved rooms at Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront on 11 November, at the following rates: –

• Single Occupancy B&B: £120
• Twin/Double Occupancy B&B: £135

Limited number of rooms reserved. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
