About the ADCH Conference

IMPORTANT NOTICE

It has come to our attention that ‘companies’ are contacting some of our Members and Exhibitors to offer them sale of attendee lists from ADCH Conference 2024. Unfortunately, this has become a more common occurrence for association conferences in recent years and is a sector wide problem.

Please read our full statement for further information about the scam and what to do if you are approached.

The annual ADCH Conference is the UK’s largest animal welfare event, this year we are are expecting around 500 delegates from across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Every year, we bring together multiple stakeholder groups to share best practice in animal care, welfare, veterinary advances, new technologies, latest techniques, science and research findings, the latest in behaviour and training, as well as regulatory and legislative issues facing the industry. We are always joined by an excellent mix of trade and industry specialists including insurers, pet food manufacturers, nutritionists, scientists, suppliers, contractors and sector specialists.

After receiving fabulous feedback from delegates and exhibitors, we are delighted to be returning to Telford International Centre on 14 – 15 May 2024.

Our conference presents an outstanding opportunity for raising your company’s profile and brand.  You will have direct access to budget-holders and key decisions-makers and be able to network with those at the forefront of the animal welfare sector.  The Exhibition area is located in the gallery, where refreshments and lunch is served, and provides for constant footfall.

Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards 2024

We are excited to celebrate the 12th year of the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards.

About The Awards

The animal charity awards are a great opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication put in by the teams and the individuals within the animal charity sector who have gone that extra mile to help rescue and rehome animals in need.

The three nomination categories are:

  • Animal Charity Team of the Year
  • Animal Charity Employee of the Year
  • Animal Charity Volunteer of the Year

Anyone can nominate outstanding charity teams or individuals, from pet owners and fellow charity staff and volunteers, to friends and family. Every nomination remains anonymous and all nominees will be sent certificates to recognise their dedication and achievements; a great way to boost morale!

If you think your charity has staff or volunteers who deserve to be recognised and thanked, nominate now, and promote the awards to your supporter network so that they can do the same!

Promotional tools

Promoting the Animal Charity Awards is a great way for you to engage with your staff, volunteers and supporters.

Petplan have created a range of promotional tools available to help supporters nominate your charity team.
