November Open Meeting
About this Event
The November Open Meeting will include updates on the work of the ADCH Board of Trustees and Committees, along with a Legislative update. Grace Carroll (Queen’s University Belfast) will report on ‘A Global Study of Companion Animal Adoption and Relinquishment during the Pandemic’; Kit Lendon and Tracy Genever (Blue Cross) will cover ‘Safeguarding – What it means for your Organisation’.
At noon, the programme will split into two Breakout Sessions: one cover ‘Stray Dog Contracts (the arguments for and against)’, the other ‘The Importance of Kitten Socialisation – Preparing a Kitten to cope with the Human World’. At the end of the session, the two groups will come back together for final updates and any other business.
