We are pleased to release details of our final Open Meeting of 2026, sponsored by PetPlan, which will be held in person on Tuesday 24 November 2026. Tickets for the open meeting and the pre-meeting dinner on Monday 23 November 2026 will be available soon.

Event Details
Host site tours
Rain Rescue are kindly offering site tours. These can be arranged by emailing Sophie Rodgers directly.
- Doncaster site – 23 November at 14:30, 15:30
- Rotherham site – 24 November at 14:30, 15:15 and 16:00
Pre-Open Meeting Dinner
- Date: Monday 23rd November 2026
- Time: Arrival from 19:00, dinner at 19:30
- Menu: Three-course set menu, available here
- Cost: £38.50 per head
Accommodation
Please note that rooms can not be booked through ADCH and bookings should be made directly with the hotel.
Accommodation bookings are to be done through the hotel reception on 01709 702701. ADCH Members can reserve single occupancy rooms for £85 per night until 25 September by quoting “Association of Dogs & Cats Homes”
Limited number of rooms available.
Open Meeting
- Date: Tuesday 24th November 2026
- Time: Registration from 09:30, meeting start at 10:00, close for lunch at 13:30
- Cost: Attendance is free for Members and invited Sponsors.
- Complementary Lunch and refreshments: Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.
