Join us for the final Open Meeting of 2025 hosted by Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter. This event is exclusively for ADCH Members and invited Sponsors and offers an opportunity for learning, networking, and collaboration.

Open Meeting
- Date: Tuesday 25th November 2025
- Time: Registration from 09:30, meeting start at 10:00, close for lunch at approx. 13:30
- Cost: Attendance is free for Members and invited Sponsors.
- Complementary Lunch and refreshments: Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.

Pre-Open Meeting Dinner
- Date: Monday 24th November 2025
- Time: Arrival from 19:00, dinner at 19:30
- Menu: Three-course set menu
Accommodation
Please note that rooms can not be booked through ADCH and bookings should be made directly with the hotel.
Accommodation bookings are to be done through the Central Reservations call centre.
The call centre is open Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:30 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 17:30
