Fundraisers Forum

9th July @ 11:00 am - 9th July @ 12:30 pm
Virtual Event

About the session

Our popular Fundraisers Forum is back with our host, Izzy Tutcher from Leicester Animal Aid.

The topics for this session are Supporter Experience and Care.

Izzy will be joined by Amanda Long, Supporter Experience Manager at Battersea, to share the Supporter Experience Principles developed and embedded at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. Through real examples and lessons learned, Amanda will be showing how organisations can move from transactional communications to relationship-led experiences that build trust, deepen emotional connection and build loyalty leading to increased lifetime support. Amanda and her team’s brilliant work shows that supporter experience isn’t just a nice extra, but essential for building supporter loyalty and driving long term success across our charities.

The session will be an interactive one with some breakout sessions to share experiences of supporter care, plus time for questions too.
