Trustees and Staff Meet for Strategy Review Day
Yesterday, Trustees and staff came together at Birmingham Dogs Home for a full-day Strategy Review meeting. It was an important opportunity to reflect on our progress made, share ideas, and look ahead together.
Discussions focused on the Three Pillars of our work as set out in our strategy: Membership Services & Engagement, Our Standards & Support, and Advocacy on behalf of our members. We also explored how we operate as a charity, ensuring we deliver our mission as effectively and efficiently as possible.
