This is a new, temporary role within the small, friendly and supportive HR & Volunteering team at Raystede, a much-loved local animal welfare charity.
Would you like to bring your passion for people to a charity making a real difference for animals? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who’s ready to champion fair, consistent, values‑driven people practices across our organisation.
You are the person we are looking for if, you have experience of updating policies, procedures and toolkits and can do so in line with the new Employment Rights Bill. You will also have experience of working independently on employee relations cases, have clear, positive communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
