Location: Hybrid with visits to our Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire centre to build relationships and for Senior Leadership Team face-face meetings. Or you can be based at any of our centres.
Salary: Competitive (likely c£55. For exceptional candidate £65K)

- Visionary Strategic Leadership & Organisational Transformation
Serve as a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving the execution and evolution of the organisation’s long-term strategy. Champion transformative initiatives that modernise support services, embedding a business-partnering ethos at every level. Spearhead cultural transformation, cultivating exemplary leadership behaviours, robust accountability, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. Architect and implement systems and processes designed to enable and sustain organisational growth exceeding 50% in the paid workforce. Assume senior executive responsibility for all operational support areas, thereby reducing dependency on the CEO and empowering the broader leadership team. - Digital, Data & Systems Transformation
Lead the digital transformation agenda, implementing cutting-edge systems, automation, and optimised data flows to future-proof the organisation. Champion the uplift of IT literacy and digital adoption across all teams, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Design and embed data dashboards, management intelligence, and benchmarking processes to form strategic decision-making. Streamline and re-engineer processes to eliminate inefficiency and duplication, delivering operational excellence. - Strategic People, Culture & HR Leadership
Lead the strategic delivery of the People & Culture Strategy and agenda, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and future ambitions. Pioneer the integration of contemporary, compliant HR practices that underpin scalability, equity, and engagement. Strengthen internal HR capability across recruitment, employee relations, management development, equity, diversity, and inclusion, GDPR and employment law, ensuring the organisation is equipped for future growth. Oversee the enhancement of management capability across a geographically and functionally dispersed workforce, driving best-in-class management and leadership at all levels. - Finance, Procurement & Commercial Strategy
Strategically modernise financial processes and embed a business partnering mindset throughout the organisation. Lead the transformation of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and risk management, ensuring robust decision making and resource allocation. Establish comprehensive value-for-money and benchmarking frameworks across charity driving continuous improvement and commercial excellence. Reinforce procurement, contract management, and commercial controls. Provide strategic support to operations, fundraising and retail through advanced data analytics, insights and financial planning. - Compliance, Governance & Assurance Leadership
Drive the continual strengthening of compliance frameworks across health & safety, safeguarding, quality, and HR risk, ensuring the organisation operates to the highest standards. Develop and lead comprehensive audit and assurance mechanisms suitable for a rapidly growing, complex organisation. Oversee facilities and estate management, ensuring safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness through strategic governance and oversight. - Executive Leadership & Line Management
Provide strategic leadership and direct management to the Central office team. Lead the redesign and transformation of support services to ensure optimal alignment of resources with organisational priorities. Mentor, coach, and develop managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
