At Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, our online sales directly support the care of thousands of animals every year—and we’re looking for a hands-on Charity E-Commerce Manager to help drive our growing e-commerce success from our busy warehouse environment.
This is not a desk job. And it’s definitely not home-based. This is a practical, energetic role where you’ll be on your feet, sleeves rolled up, working alongside a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to turn donated items into vital funds for animal welfare.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing online listings across sales platforms
- Overseeing packing, fulfilment and dispatch of orders
- Handling buyer queries and auction management
- Supporting and coordinating volunteers in a warehouse setting
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation and customer care
About you
You’ll already have experience in online selling (commercial or charity), including listing, fulfilment, packing and customer service. You’ll be organised, detail-focused, and comfortable leading by example in a fast-paced, practical environment.
