Our exciting new charity shop is opening soon in Hove and we’re looking for motivated Assistant Shop Managers to support our Shop Manager in bringing it to life.
You’ll be a key part of the shop’s success, working across all areas of the store to ensure high standards, strong teamwork, and an excellent customer experience.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop and storerooms
Maintaining high standards in presentation, stock management, and organisation
Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
Leading, motivating, and guiding the team to meet targets and service standards
Deputising for the Shop Manager when required
Working flexibly across all retail tasks, including staff rotas
✨ What We’re Looking For
A confident team player with strong leadership skills
A flexible, hands-on approach to retail
Charity retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
