Wood Green’s Community Engagement Department are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join the Pet Services Support Team as a Pet Support Team Leader.
This office-based role is at the forefront of promoting responsible pet ownership for all species. The overall objective is to ensure that customers are triaged into a range of services that deliver high impact support for pets, pet owners and people who are seeking pet-related advice and to keep pets in loving homes or to support and guide owners through the relinquishment process, where appropriate.
The successful applicant will be motivated to actively support pet owners and will have excellent customer service and communication.
The Pet Services Support Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the Charity delivers excellent customer service at the first point of contact for all pet-related enquiries and supports the Section Manager with the operation and promotion of all services in order to achieve required standards and targets.
The post holder will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties alongside line management responsibility for the Pet Support Assistants.
