DESCRIPTION:About this Event\nHosted by Oak Tree Animals’ Charity\, this will be our first ‘in person’ Open Meeting since Covid forced us to move to virtual meetings in 2019. \nWho can attend\nThis event is for ADCH Members and 2022 Sponsors. \nLocation\nThe Crown Hotel\, Celtic Cottage\, Carlisle\, Cumbria\, CA4 8ES \nEvent Details\nThe Open Meeting will take place on 5 July 2022 from 10.00 am until approx. 2.00pm when a buffet lunch will be served.  Download the Draft Agenda here \nAs in previous years a 3 course dinner is planned for the evening before (4 July 2022).  Vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Download the menu here \nArrival for the dinner is from 7.00 pm\, to be seated to dine at 7.30pm. \nOak Tree Animals’ Charity have kindly agreed to host tours\, if this is of interest please indicated when registering\, so we can provide further details. \nCost to attend\nThe Open Meeting is free to attend for Members (Sponsors please check your details of your sponsorship package) and refreshments and lunch will be provided.  The Cost of Evening Meal and Accommodation the night before (4 July) are detailed below. \n3 Course Dinner on 4 July 2022: £25 per person \nAccommodation on 4 July 2022: A special ‘event rate’ has been negotiated: £109 for double rooms and £89 for single rooms.  \nSupplements for the higher room types are as follows: Crown suite £100\, Family £30\, Greenlane £30\, Superior £20\, Signature £70 \nRegistration\nRegistration is now closed. \nPlease note that those requiring hotel accommodation and evening meal will need to book this directly with the hotel.  Once registered we will provide you with contact details and an event code so that you can book at the Special Event rates. \n  \n
